Yes. However, please note that there may be some color variation during initial use due to pigment settling. Simply apply a few more strokes, and the color will return to normal.

Are there any precautions for using this liquid brow pencil in winter?

When temperatures drop below 0°C/32°F, the ink may solidify. Please store it at room temperature or warm it in your palm or with a low-temperature blow dryer for 10–20 minutes before use.
